The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he would like to file additional affidavit demonstrating the blood relation with the validity holder namely Charan, son of Bhopal. He also wants to explain the tampering as is brought on record by the vigilance cell in the record of Thansingh Naykada. As such, a prayer is made for relegating the matter back to Aurangabad Bench. The matter as such, is relegated back to Aurangabad Bench with liberty to place on record additional affidavit to be listed in the regular course.
