The order rejecting the application Exh.69 for calling back execution proceedings is taken exception to by way of the above Petition. Having regard to the reasons mentioned in the impugned order, no case for interference in the Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is made out. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. Needless to state that the suit in question being Regular Civil Suit No.148 of 2013 wherein the application Exh.69 was filed would be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law. [R.M.
