None appears for the petitioner. Even on the last occasion, no appearance was put in by the petitioner. By order dated 25 th November 2022, this court has placed this petition for disposal.

The petition challenges the order dated 3 rd March 2016 passed by the Adhoc District Judge-1, Sangli below Exhibit-7 in Regular Civil Appeal No.183 of 2014, granting stay to the execution of the Judgment and Decree in Regular Civil Suit No.361 of 2012 till final decision of the appeal. The petitioner has not pursued this matter since the filing of the petition. 3.

On checking status of Regular Civil Appeal No.183 of 2014 pending before the Ad-hoc District Judge-1, Sangli, on the C.I.S., it appears that the Regular Civil Appeal No.183 of 2014 itself has been dismissed by an order dated 1/2 13-WP-8420-2017.doc Dixit

th October 2019 passed by the District Judge-1, Sangli. Consequently, nothing survived in this petition since the same arises from a challenge to the order passed in the dismissed proceedings.
