Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that condition 1(a) imposed by the trial Court while releasing the applicant on bail by directing him to deposit the amount of Rs.10,50,000/- by the end of November 2023 is onerous. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, states that the applicant is willing to abide by the order passed by the trial Court which was passed on his request, however, 6 months time from today be granted to deposit the amount of Rs.10,50,000/- in terms of condition 1(a) of the trial Court's order.

Learned counsel for the complainant opposed the request made.

For the reasons stated in the application and as the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions of the applicant, submits that the extension of time may be granted after which the money will be deposited after his release on bail, in the interest of justice the period of time to deposit the amount of Rs.10,50,000/- is extended by 6 months from today.

Learned counsel for the applicant does not press the application, any further.
