Learned Counsel appearing for the parties make a statement that the present Petition is also covered and governed by an order passed in Writ Petition No.7209 of 2015 dated 8 September 2015/30 September 2015 as facts, circumstances and issues so raised are similar in all respect which is sufficient to pass the same order as passed in the Writ Petition. In view of the above, following order is passed:

ORDER

i) It is hereby directed to Respondent No.2 University to consider granting necessary affiliation to the Petitioners in accordance with 1/2

k 2/2 31 wp 9625.15 as .doc law, without taking into consideration the Government Resolution dated 29 April 2015 and 20 July 2015 issued by Respondent No.1/State.

ii) Rule made absolute accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
