Heard learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. The Applicant is not a party to the Contempt Petition. The Application made by the Applicant for grant of development permission is now rejected by a communication dated 27th June 2016. Therefore, the present Application will not survive. In fact, the Applicant has filed Writ Petition No.7492 of 2016 for challenging the said order. Hence, nothing survives in this Application and the same is disposed of.
