The applicant has sent this application through jail for bail. The applicant is an accused in CR No. I-52 of 2014 registered with Mira Road Police Station, District Thane under sections 364 (A), 363, 34 of IPC. The applicant had earlier preferred an application for bail bearing No. 2683/2014 before this Court and by an order dated 3.2.2015 the said application was rejected. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is in jail for the last more than two years and no purpose will be served by keeping him in further judicial custody. It is a matter of fact that after passing of the order dated 3.2.2015 there is no substantial change in circumstances to entertain the present application. The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the charge in sessions case No. 539/2014 arising out of CR No.

I-52/2014 pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Thane is already framed and witness summons have been issued. In view of the above, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. The application is dismissed accordingly. Registry to communicate this order to the applicant who is lodged in Thane Central Prison.
