This Petition is not maintainable. The reliefs sought are against the 1st Respondent, the wife of the Petitioner, and the 2nd Respondent, ICICI Bank Limited. This is clear from prayer clauses (b), (c) and (d). Prayer clause (e) seeks that the hearing before the ARUN RAMCHNDRA SANKPAL Family Court be expedited. The Petitioner always has liberty to move that Court for an early hearing. Prayer clauses (f), (g) and (h) ARUN RAMCHNDRA SANKPAL Date: 2022.03.01 18:23:21 +0530 are within the exclusive jurisdictional remit of the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai.
