By this Civil Application, the Applicant seeks condonation of 38 days delay in preferring the First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 24.03.2015 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division Panvel in LAR No.214/2007 (Old LAR No.219/2007). Considering the submissions made by the learned AGP for the Applicant and the averments made in the Civil Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.
