2] Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, the Applicantwould be depositing the entire decreetal amount in the Tribunal within a period of two weeks from today.

3] Hence, the stay is granted to the execution of the 'Decree', subject to deposit of the entire decreetal amount in the Tribunal within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the stay to stand automatically vacated without any further reference to the Court.
