By order dated 18 April 2022 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 10475 of 2017, the Respondents were directed to decide the case of the Petitioner keeping in mind the law laid down by this Court. Reply affidavit is filed by the Respondent -State wherein it is stated that the decision has taken. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner wants to challenge the said decision.

Keeping it open to the Petitioner to challenge the said decision, we dispose of the contempt petition.
