This application received from jail seeks expeditious hearing of Special Case No.1 of 2013 pending in the MCOC Court, Nasik. Ms. Dabholkar, the learned APP, states on instructions from the officer of the concerned police station, that the proceedings in Special Case No. 1 of 2013 are in progress wherein nine out of fourteen witnesses have been examined. In that circumstance, no directions for expeditious hearing need be given. She also states,

No. 28 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 332, 323, 506 read with Section 34 Indian Penal Code filed on 22nd January, 2017. Hence, the application is dismissed. (SMT. R.P.
