Heard. By this Appeal from Order, the Appellant - Plaintiff challenges the order dated 04.10.2017 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court in Notice of Motion No.3421/2017 in Suit (ST) No.103261/2017 rejecting their Notice of Motion for interim relief.

The learned counsel for Respondent Nos.2 to 4 submits that the said suit disposed of by the Trial Court by order dated 20.11.2017.
