Heard Mr. Anuj Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for the Applicants / Petitioners. The Writ Petition came to be dismissed by order dated 13.08.2019 for non prosecution.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, I am inclined to allow the present Civil Application in terms of prayer clause 'b'. 3.

Writ Petition be restored to file.

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicants / Petitioners submits that interim relief was granted by order dated 12.04.2006. Both the learned counsel submit that the present Petition deserves to be heard at an early date.

Learned counsel appearing for the Respondents do not oppose the continuation of ad-interim relief after restoration of the petition to file. Hence, interim relief granted by order dated 12.04.2006 shall continue till the next date of hearing. 6.

Civil Application stands disposed of in the above terms. 7.

At the joint request of the parties, place the Writ Petition on board on 24.01.2022 for final disposal.
