The learned counsel appearing appearing for the petitioner seeks time on the ground that the structure subject matter of this petition has been already demolished and that he has not received any instructions from the petitioner.

As the structure has been demolished, as of today, it is not necessary to keep the petition pending. If the petitioner is aggrieved by demolition of the structure, he can file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. Subject to what is observed above, the petition is disposed of.
