DATE : 30th NOVEMBER, 2023 P.C. :- This matter has been circulated by the respondent/husband, on the ground that the writ petition has become infructuous. 2.
The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner/wife challenging the interim maintenance order passed in divorce petition by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune.

Today, the respondent husband has filed affidavit in reply dated 26 November, 2023. In the said affidavit in reply, the respondent husband has specifically mentioned that the divorce petition filed by him and as there was settlement between the husband and the wife,
KVM 2/2 902 - WP 12315 OF 2019.doc they agreed for mutual consent divorce. Hence, the divorce petition was converted into the petition for divorce by mutual consent. 4.
The Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune has thereafter by his order dated 19 January, 2023 allowed the divorce by mutual consent of the parties.

In view of the same, nothing survives in the present writ petition and the same is disposed off as infructuous.
