DATED: 12th JULY, 2017 P.C.:- On questioning learned counsel for the petitioner, he fairly submits that the petitioner was not interested in the land which was the subject matter of acquisition. The petitioner is questioning the illegality and irregularity in the transfer of land. This very lis raised in the petition does not have any relation to the personal interest of the petitioner, therefore the petition is rejected reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum.
