WP. 10401-17 Petitioner's entitlement, we dispose of this petition by directing - Respondent No. 1 to decide the Petitioner's aforesaid representation dated 1.7.2017 (Exhibit G) as expeditiously as possible; and to Respondent No. 2 to decide the Petitioner's aforesaid appeal (Exhibit F), as expeditiously as possible, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner, as also 5th Respondent, and in accordance with law.
