Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The Applicant has already deposited a demand draft of Rs.19 lakhs in the loan account. The learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Officer of the concerned Bank have stated that issuance of 'No Dues Certificate' would take some time as it is to be issued from the Head office of the Bank. The learned counsel for the Applicant on instructions undertakes that balance amount which represents interest of about Rs.7 lakhs shall be deposited in the concerned account within 4 weeks from today. The statement so made is accepted.

The Criminal application is disposed of in the following terms:

ORDER

i) In the event of his arrest, in connection with the investigation of Crime No. 324 of 2021 registered with Chaturshrungi Police Station, Dist. Pune, the Applicant shall be released on bail on executing a PR Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. ii) The Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer as and when required by the Investigating Officer. iii) The applicant shall co-operate with the Investigating Agency and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence/witnesses.

iv) This shall be further subject to the condition that the Applicant deposits the balance amount in the account within four weeks from today and shall produce No Dues Certificate before the Investigating Officer.

v) In the event the amount is not deposited and the No Dues Certificate is not produced, this order shall stand vacated without reference to the court.
