The learned Counsel for Respondent submit that during the pendency of the present Petition, Family Court, Pune disposed of finally P. A. No. 898 of 2010 i.e. main petition. He submit that in view of the

Yadav VG 2 54.wp.11218.16.odt. subsequent development, nothing is survived in the present Petition.

Considering the submission made by the learned Counsel for Respondent and as the main petition is already disposed of by the Family Court, Pune, nothing is survived in the present Petition.

Hence, Writ Petition stand disposed of, as infructuous in view of subsequent development.
