This is an application for condonation of delay of 122 days in preferring an appeal challenging conviction and resultant sentence imposed on the applicant/accused for the offence punishable under Section 376-D, 377, 366, 354, 341, 342, 323, 506 read with Section 120-B as well as under Section 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.
