Learned Counsel for the Applicant does not press Civil Application No.2530 of 2016 in Writ Petition No.10065 of 2016, since the applicant is dead. Civil Application No.2530 of 2016 dismissed as not pressed. Civil Application No.2531 of 2016 in Writ Petition No.10075 of 2016 is taken out by a third party applicant, who claims to have been appointed after dismissal of Respondent No.1. The dismissal of Respondent No.1 is the subject matter of controversy in the main writ petition. The Applicant being a proper party in such a case must be joined. Civil Application No.2531 of 2016 is, accordingly, allowed in terms of prayer clause -(a). The amendment to be carried out by the Petitioner within two weeks. Reverification is dispensed with. The petitions are stood over to 25 June 2018. The ad-interim order/s operating in the matter/s shall continue till the next date.
