The Petitioners claim that they are appointed as untrained Shikshan Sevak and they are discharging their duties since last three years. After completion of three years, they are not getting salary prescribed by the State Government for the post of untrained Primary Teachers. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on the claim of the Petitioners, we issue following directions:

(i) In case the Petitioners make a comprehensive representation to the Respondent No.2-Raigad Zilla Parishad within four weeks from today, the authority concerned shall deal with the issue in accordance with law and take appropriate decision within eight weeks from the date of the receipt of the representation.
