There are two separate appeals filed by the same Appellant through separate Advocates. The Appellant will have to consider withdrawal of one of the two Appeals. For that purpose the matter is stood over to 4 February 2016. It is made clear that no further accommodation will be granted to the Appellant. ( at 3.00 p.m. ) After the order was passed in the morning adjourning the matter, noting inter alia that the Appellant would have to withdraw one of the two Arbitration Appeals, the matter is mentioned by the learned Counsel for the Appellant with notice to the Respondent. Learned Counsel for the Appellant states that his client proposes to withdraw Arbitration Appeal No.41 of 2015. Accordingly, Arbitration Appeal No.41 of 2015 is dismissed as withdrawn. The order is passed in the presence of an authorized representative of the Appellant. Arbitration Appeal No. 46 of 2015 to come up on 4 February 2016 as ordered above.
