According to the Petitioner, his name has not been included in the voters' list. Making grievance of this, he had submitted an application / representation before Respondent No. 3, but till date the District Collector, Sangli has not taken any decision in regard to the said representation (Exhibit F). Without commenting upon merits of the matter and Petitioner's entitlement, and as agreed 1 / 2

WP. 10426-17 by the learned AGP, we dispose of the petition by directing Respondent No. 3 to decide the Petitioner's representation (Exhibit F) on or before 19th September, 2017. With the aforesaid direction, writ petition is disposed of.
