It is claimed that the complainant Ziyaulhaq Ansari pursuant to his own act has suffered burn injuries as he himself tried to throw hot oil on the accused persons herein. It is then to be noted that the said contentions could be borne out of the report as were submitted before the Magistrate seeking custody.
Pursuant to the orders of this Court the applicants/accused persons have marked their attendance before the Investigating Officer who informs this Court through learned A.P.P. that the attendance of the applicants are no more required including that of custodial interrogation as the applicants have co-operated in the investigation. Apart from above, at the behest of the applicants and counter F.I.R. is lodged resulting into registration of Crime No.266 of 2016. Waghmare 1/2
14.ABA.1660.16.doc In that wake of above, in my opinion in the event of arrest in Crime No.267 of 2016 registered with non-applicant police station be enlarged on bail upon executing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount. The applicant shall not tamper with evidence or influence the witnesses. The applicant shall attend the police station as and when called.
