The Petition has been filed seeking the following relief: "(b) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly issue the necessary directions in the nature of writ of mandamus/order/direction and thereby issue necessary directions by restraining the officers of the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to not to demolish the structure of the Petitioner which is situated at Gala No.D-1 and C-8, Kothari Warehouse Compound No.3, Premises Co-op.Society Ltd., 27 Acres, S.V.Road, Chitalsar, Manpada, Thane (W), Thane 400 607, without following due process of law."

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has not received any notice for demolition of the Restaurant situated at D-1, Kothari Warehouse Compound No.3, Premises Co-op.Society Ltd., 27 Acres, S.V.Road, Chitalsar, Manpada, Thane (W), Thane 400 607, and the officers of the Respondent-Corporation threatening demolition of the Restaurant.

Without going into the veracity of the allegation of the Petitioner, we dispose of the Petition by directing that the Restaurant shall not be demolished unless due process of law is followed by the RespondentCorporation. 4.

The Petition to stand disposed of.
