Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and Mr.Vikas Singh-party in person present in Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that both the parties have mutually settled the matter and the Respondent is ready to withdraw Marriage Petition bearing No.540 of 2022 filed by him, pending before the 7th Joint Civil Judge, Panvel. Hence, submits that MCA has become infructuous, in view of the Consent Terms and pass the appropriate order.

Mr.Vikas, party in person submit that he would withdraw the Marriage Petition filed by him pending before the N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

12-mca-407-2022.doc Panvel Court and he is ready to contest the Divorce Petition filed by the Applicant pending at 1st Civil Judge Senior Division, Panvel. He has tendered his affidavit signed by him it is taken on record.
