Apart from the fact that the petition is preferred after a delay of about five years, the independent source of income of the petitioner in the capacity of Anganwadi Helper is not in dispute. 3.

That being so, the order passed under Section 127 of Code of Criminal Procedure cancelling maintenance in favour of the petitioner does not warrant any interference. 4.

The petition as such fails. Dismissed.
