Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking extention of time to comply the order dated 24.07.2018 passed by this court in Civil Application No.2620 of 2018 [(ST) No.19096 of 2018]. Mohite 1/2
23 caw4250-18.doc Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order: a) Time to comply the order dated 24.07.2018 is extended till 11.01.2019.
b) Applicant to pay cost of Rs.5,000/-.
c) Cost to be deposited in the office of the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Bombay, on or before 05.01.2019 from today, and place on record receipt to that effect, failing which the matter shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
d) If order dated 24.07.2018 is complied within extended period, i.e. 11.01.2019, Civil Application No.2620 of 2018 [(ST) No.19096 of 2018] be placed on board on 26.01.2019 for hearing on its own merits.
