1.

This is a second application for pre-arrest bail filed by the accused. The first application was rejected on 10.1.2014 by this Court. The order is confirmed by the Supreme Court on 20.1.2014. The application is moved before this Court on the ground that the amount due to the complainant is paid and, therefore, he is to be protected by pre-arrest bail. 2.

Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 17.3.2015, Mr.Dilip Sawant, the Superintendent of Police, Sangli, has submitted a report, which is taken on record. The Superintendent of Police has given a detailed report disclosing the steps taken by the Investigating Officer in order to nab the accused. Inspite of the efforts of the police, it appears that the accused is intelligent enough to be away from the police. 1 / 2
