Petitioner State does not dispute that the respondent nos. 1 to 3 have now been released on bail and therefore, are not in jail. The challenge is to the order dated 12/7/2017 which permitted the respondents use of laptops while they were in jail. 3.

The issue therefore, is rendered infructuous. We however, keep all the contentions of the petitioner open with a liberty to to raise it at appropriate juncture and dispose of the present proceedings.
