By consent of parties, following order is passed :- (a) Impugned order dated 24th July, 2015 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Pune on the application Ex.6 is set aside.

(b) The application Ex.6 is restored to file.

(c) The original applicant agrees to file an application for condonation of delay before the Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Pune in Appeal No.4 of 2015 within one week from today.

(d) The learned Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Pune

kvm 2/2 902-WP12004.15 shall decide the said application after giving an opportunity to the opponent to file an affidavit in reply and in accordance with law.

(e) The learned Presiding Officer shall not be influenced by the observations made and the conclusions drawn in the impugned order dated 24th July, 2015.
