Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. 2.

Perused the Afodavit in Reply dated 2nd December, 2021 of Tahsildar, Shahapur, District - Thane and the following Order is passed : i.

The impugned Order dated 2nd November, 2021 passed by Respondent No. 1 is set aside.

ii.

Tahsildar, Shahapur, District - Thane shall issue a fresh show cause notice to the Petitioner on the basis of the panchanama dated 23rd April, 2021. iii.

Tahsildar, Shahapur, District - Thane shall within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the reply, hear the Petitioner and pass her orders within a period of two weeks thereafter.

iv.

All contentions of the parties are kept open.
