The Petition is fled seeking the following relief:. (a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiori under Article 226 of the Constitution of India or any other writ and/or directions in the nature of writ of mandamus and thereby direct the Respondent No. 1, Thane Municipal Corporation to take action against the illegal construction at CST No. 293 & 294, Chendani, Chendani Koliwada, Near Police Chowki No. 3, Thane West, Thane - 400601, carried by the Respondent No. 2 2.

During the pendency of the Petition, the Respondent No. 2AKN 1/2

2/2 18.WP.12012.2015.doc Developer has been issued Occupation Certifcate dated 28th March, 2018.

In the circumstances, nothing survives for consideration in the Petition. The Petition to stand disposed of. The remedies of the Petitioner are kept open.
