Heard the learned APP appearing for the State. 2.

Upon careful perusal of the findings recorded by the trial Court, it prima facie appears that the evidence of PW 1 i.e complainant and also the medical evidence has not been properly considered by the trial Court. In that view of the matter, the case is established to allow this application seeking leave to appeal. Accordingly, the application is allowed.
