The learned counsel for the applicant/insurance company submitted that the insurance company has deposited the entire decretal amount along with interest accrued thereon of Rs.35,90,863/-. She submitted that the interim stay granted by this Court on 10th October, 2017 to the judgment and award dated 21st June, 2017 passed by the learned District Judge-1 & Ex-Officio Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mangaon-Raigad in M.A.C.P. No. 19 of 2013 be confirmed.

503.CAF3198_2017.doc decretal amount along with interest accrued thereon, the interim stay granted by this Court on 10th October, 2017 is hereby confirmed till the final disposal of the First Appeal.
