Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

The applicant has preferred this application for anticipatory bail in connection with CR No.1236 of 2021, registered with Chakan Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("the Penal Code") and under Sections 135 and 150 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003.

By an order dated 25th November, 2021, this Court has granted interim pre-arrest bail to the applicant. The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that in the intervening period the co-accused has been ordered to be released on bail in 1/2

31-ABA2781-21.DOC the event of arrest in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2705 of 2021. The learned Counsel further submits that Tirupati Engineering Works has also deposited the amount of Rs.33,29,515/-.

In view of the aforesaid development and having regard to the nature of the accusation, the interim order deserves to be made absolute.

Hence, the application stands allowed.

Interim order dated 25th November, 2021 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions.

7.

In addition, the applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.
