Two other heirs are party-Respondents as Respondent Nos.2 and 5 to the Second Appeal. The Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) (b) and (c).

Prayer clause (a) of the Civil Application be corrected by deleting the word 'sole' appearing in the prayer and adding the words 'No.1' after the word 'Respondent'. The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
