On that date, it could not reach and therefore, it was adjourned to 30th October, 2017. On 30th October, 2017, it was stated that the applicant's advocate is in personal difficulty. As a last chance, it was adjourned to 6th November, 2017. On that day as well, the applicant and the advocate both were absent. Hence, we posted the matter today. Today also, they are absent.
