Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Civil Application is moved for serving respondent no.1- Nitin Patel, who is owner of the vehicle, by publication in Marathi newspaper "Desh Morcha".

In view of the reasons mentioned in this Civil Application, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Notice to be served within a period of six weeks and copy of the service by publication is to be produced in the Court.
