The applicant has sought for restoration of the First Appeal No. 847 of 2018, which was dismissed for non compliance of Order dated 05/03/2019 . By the said order, the applicant was given two weeks' time to remove office objections, failing which registration of First Appeal was to be refused without further reference to the Court. The Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the Appeal

was registered in the year 2018, however, he was required to supply copies of notice to respondent nos. 1 and 2. He undertakes to furnish copies within a period of one week.

In the light of the said statement and in view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), appeal stands restored. 4.

Registry to register the appeal, upon removal of office objections.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 3042 OF 2019 1.

The Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks extension of time to deposit the compensation as ordered vide order dated 17/12/2018. For the reasons stated in the application, time to deposit compensation is extended by two weeks. Application stands disposed of accordingly.

FIRST APPEAL NO. 847 OF 2018 1.

In view of order passed in Civil Application No. 3041 of 2019, learned Counsel for the appellant undertakes to supply copies

of notice within one week. Registry thereafter to issue notice to respondent no.4 after 4 weeks.
