Having heard learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned APP for the State, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with a direction to Senior Inspector of Sahar Police Station to look into the complaint made by the Petitioner on 4th September 2014 [copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-B to the petition] and take appropriate decision and intimate the same to the Petitioner at the earliest. Ordered accordingly.
