Perused the order dated 8th June 2018 passed in Civil Application No.632/2017. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent- Municipal Corporation has tendered on record a compilation which records that the petitioners removed their goods from the subject shop premises and they have handed over vacant possession of their respective shop premises to the Municipal Corporation. Copies of Panchanama bearing signatures of the petitioners are part of the compilation which is taken on record and marked "C-1 Collectively" for identification. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners states that as can be seen from the compilation, the possession of the premises subject matter of this petition has been handed over by the petitioners to the Municipal Corporation. In view of this position, now

SKN 2/2 11176.16-wp--.doc the challenge in the writ petition does not survive as far as petitioners are concerned. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of. 2.

In view of disposal of petition, civil application is also disposed of.
