1] Mr. Pande, the learned counsel for the appellant on instructions submitted that, the appellant has filed an application for regularization of his structure mentioned in the Notice sent by the Competent Authority under section 53(1) of the Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act (M.R.T.P. Act). 2] Ms. Dhond, the learned counsel for the Respondent/Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai submitted that, the appellant has not submitted certain documents in that behalf for consideration of his applicaton. Mr. Pande, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that, his client will furnish all necessary and relevant documents to the Competent Authority for considering his application for regularization of the structure. 1/2
