Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
By this application, the applicant seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No. 229 of 2018 registered with the Versova Police Station, Mumbai, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 472, 473, 474, 406 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Perused the papers. It appears that although the applicant is stated to be a proprietor of Shilp Enterprises, all the transactions were being 1/3
done by the applicant's husband, who is arrested. He submits that the applicant is only a house-wife and the transfer of Rs. 26,60,000/- into the applicant's company-Shilp Enterprises has been done by the applicant's husband and the amount has also been withdrawn by the applicant's husband.
Learned A.P.P does not dispute the aforesaid fact. He states that the applicant has reported to the Investigating Officer on 28th and 29th August 2019.
Considering the aforesaid, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not warranted. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is granted pre-arrest bail, on the following terms and conditions :
ORDER
(i) In the event of the arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount;

(ii) The applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station, as and when called; (iii) The applicant to cooperate with the investigation. The application is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
It is made clear that the observations made herein are prima facie, for the purpose of deciding this application. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
