The applicant is apprehending arrest in C.R. No. 423 of 2019 registered with Narpoli Police Station, Bhiwandi, Dist. Thane for offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406, 323 & 504 r/w Section 34 Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC"). 2.

The complaint was filed by the wife of the applicant. This Court had granted interim protection to the applicant vide order dated 28th August, 2019.

21-Aba-1865-2019.doc Application for quashing the proceedings by consent viz Criminal Application No.325 of 2021 has been preferred which is pending before the division bench of this Court.

In view of submission, this application can be allowed. 5.

Hence, I pass the following order:

ORDER

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1865 of 2019 is allowed;

(ii) Interim order dated 28th August, 2019 is confirmed. (iii) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with in C.R. No. 423 of 2019 registered with Narpoli Police Station, Bhiwandi, Dist. Thane, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount;

(iv) Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of accordingly.
