After having heard the petitioner's Advocate at length and perusing the writ petition and all the annexures thereto, we are of the firm opinion that after the Caste Scrutiny Committee rejected/invalidated the claim of the petitioner as belonging to "Dhangad" Scheduled Tribe by its order dated 20-5-2006, that order being unsuccessfully challenged in this Court, his services are not protected. All the more on account of

suresh 24-WP-9346.2013.doc the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Chairman and Managing Director, Food Corporation of India and others v. Jagdish Balaram Bahira and others, reported in (2017) 8 SCC 670. The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
