In view of the report submitted by the Assistant Registrar that the aforesaid appeal should be registered as Family Court Appeal under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, learned Counsel for the appellant seeks leave to amend the petition.

Accordingly, we grant leave to carry out the amendment. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today and amended copy to be served on the respective respondents. 4.
