Heard Mr. Khatu, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 2.
After hearing Mr. Khatu, learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner who is Petitioner in Marriage Petition No.103 of 2016 before the learned Trial Court, I expressed my mind to him stating that I would not be inclined to interfere with the impugned order. Thereafter Mr. Khatu took instructions and would submit that Petitioner would in that case withdraw the present Petition unconditionally. Submission made by Mr. Khatu is recorded. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally without delineating anything on merits of the matter.

Considering the facts in the present case, Mr. Khatu would request the Court that appropriate directions be passed for expeditious adjudication of Marriage Petition No.103 of 2016 before the Trial

The learned Trial Court is directed to adjudicate and decide hearing in Marriage Petition No.103 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today. Parties are directed not to take any unnecessary adjournments and co-operate with the learned Trial Court. Trial Court is directed to give adjournments only if they are utmost necessary and decide Marriage Petition No.103 of 2016 strictly in accordance with law. 4.
